We were able to attend a baby blessing for one of Dad's former romates from BYU. It was a lot of fun to get away from the desert and see all the beautiful green trees and parks in Seattle. We squeezed in a trip to the Imagine Children's Musuem, letterboxing at Holwarth Park, and then visited with each others families at Lighthouse Park. The blessing on Sunday was beautiful. It was great to have Dad with us at church. (Usually he attends other wards.) After a yummy lunch at the Goodwins' home we jumped on a plane back to the warm desert. It was a quick little vacation that all of us enjoyed. We're already planning the things we want to do on our next visit to Seattle....ferry ride, Boeing tour, Space Needle, etc.
