At our elementary school all students in grades 3-5 are required to do a science fair project. Over track break in December our 3rd and 5th grader were busy working on their projects. Not wanting to be left out, our Kindergartner decided to do a project too! Our youngest experimented with food coloring and celery just for fun for his 'project.' We were told that we should not miss the award assembly. Hint hint. Our 5th grader could not believe he had won again! We were proud of him for doing such a good job. Our Kindergartner also won (beating out several K-2 class projects). Yay! How exciting. Their projects will now be sent to University of Nevada Las Vegas for the regional science fair.
