For our 5th grader, it was quite literally, the last day of elementary school for him. His curiousity and eagerness to find out 'why' has paved the road for a love of learning and reading. His hard work earned him numerous awards. Way to go.
Our 3rd grader is our straight A student. Her perfect study habits pay off when she receives the Honor Roll award every trimester.
Our Kindergartner did super! When her teacher said she wanted our daughter to try and complete the Whip Word Program (sight words), I did so hesitantly. I worked with the 2nd and 3rd graders on these words, in the past, and wasn't sure how many words a kindergarten student could learn. She finished the entire program of 1000 words!!! Hence, the medal around her neck. She was the first in her class to accomplish this goal. Soon after, other classmates began working towards their 1000 words too! Amazing!
Our preschooler had a successful year learning how to read and spell. His favorite was show & tell.
Here a few pictures, compliments of the school.....awwww

Is his hat on backwards? Ha ha ha!
We are looking forward to lazy summer days. Hooray!!
