Camping @ Lake Mead

 Our kids had a five day weekend over Halloween.  The girls wanted to go camping since their older brother has gone on quite a few campouts for Scouts.  Originally, we had planned a trip to Zion's National Park.  The weather, however, had other plans.  Zion's had a 90% chance of rain.  We opted for a rain free experience at Lake Mead. It was just right....warm and sunny during the day and barely cold enough at night to encourage us to sit around the fire eating s'mores.

The morning was a little chilly.....

...but the afternoon was beautiful. Kids spent the day biking and hiking!
