Toothless

This poor girl is seven years old, has completed 1st grade, and just barely lost her FIRST tooth!
She anxiously anticipated the day her tooth would fall out in Kindergarten.  As one of the oldest in the class, due to a late Fall birthday, we all thought she would be one of the first ones in the class to put a tooth on the Lost Tooth Chart.  When the entire year passed without any wiggly teeth, we assured her that her teeth would fall out soon.  Little did we know, another year would pass before any of her teeth would even budge.  And then, all at once, not one, not two, but three teeth were loose.  She began to frantically wiggle them throughout the day.  Two days later, she had something to place under her pillow for the tooth fairy.  Hooray!  She is happy to be toothless.
