E's high school tennis season is half way finished. With three games almost every week he has been busy. We have watched some triumphant wins and close losses as we quietly cheer him on. He is proud to be on the starting line up even though he is a freshman, but quickly humbled as he plays against more experienced seniors. :)
His games consist of a minimum of 6 matches. The winning team must win by two matches so sometimes they have played 10 games before the game is called. It ends up being a long set of games. Then, he rests a couple of minutes before being put back on the court for another round of matches.
