What a tremendous opportunity for the youth to be involved in such a remarkable experience.
Auditions for the choir began in September. Then began the Saturday rehearsals. Later the three hour practices moved to three (sometimes four) weekdays. All of the hours of rehearsing paid off during their two performances at The Smith Center. The symphony played complicated music while the choir sang beautifully. It was hard to believe that the performers were teens. Youth are amazing!

After the performance, a couple of the kids gave each other some help walking to the van.
