We are loving our children's teachers this year. K's 5th grade teacher, Mrs. Garner, provides great enriching projects. One of their first projects was for the students to work in groups of two to build a replica of a landmark in Washington DC. K & her friend, Elizabeth, choose the Washington Monument. They built a tall replica out of legos! They also did research in order to prepare a presentation & report. Great job girls!
