Earlier in the year, we signed up for Disney's Give a Day, Get a Day.
In exchange for a day of volunteer work, each person would receive a free ticket to Disneyland. We completed our service in January by making blankets for children in hospitals. (Project Linus)
At the time, our youngest was ineligible for the Disney program.
As a result, we did have to buy ONE ticket. Not bad!
Of course the cost of food, treats, and souvenirs, does add up.
So, in the end, our trip to Disneyland was mostly free.
