Our kids spent an afternoon creating a zoo in our backyard using as many of their stuffed animal friends as they could find. Who knew how many they had hiding in that toy chest of theirs? And under their beds. And in the bottom of their closets. They kept finding them all over the house.
Once their zoo was open, we were given complimentary passes to view the animals. K also opened a snack shack. Apparently, we were visiting during the polar bear interactive feeding experience. What a treat!
When we visited the San Diego Zoo, S asked what animal I would like to see, I said that the monkeys would probably be fun to watch. He responded with, "Really? You have five of them at home." Yup, our house is a zoo. A crazy, wild zoo!
