To break up the drive home, we stopped for a horse trail ride. We've ridden horses before, but always had someone guiding or pulling the horse along. This time, after a little lesson, Mom & the kids were able to steer the horses as we went on an hour long horseback trail ride. Our trail guide, Bill, told us some great stories about the area & animals. Meanwhile, back at the ranch, Dad studied a little & Buster made friends with all the dogs. It was a nice way to stretch our legs and get outdoors. What fun!
