Yummy! We were pleasantly surprised by this recipe. It was simple to make and lots of fun. The kids like rolling the dough and sprinkling the green onions. They usually don't like green onions (they pick it out of their fried rice!) but didn't seem to mind it in the 'pancakes.' Our youngest kept asking for more!! We do recommend using the dipping sauce that was also in the magazine because the pancakes on their own aren't very flavorful. We look forward to making these again!
