We rolled 72 meatballs!!
(36 Italian Meatballs & 36 Swedish Meatballs)
When the meat mixture has been thoroughly kneaded, it's scored into squares.
Then, the rolling fun begins. The kids are experienced "rollers". (They are very willing to come to the kitchen to help roll cookies in the hopes of eating little pieces of the dough.) This particular morning, the kids were still in their pjs when I put them to work!
Here is a pan ready to go in the oven. What perfectly shaped meatballs!
