I assumed no one would mind if I didn't post the picture of the kids shredding the carrots or zuccini. Although, they were quite the zealous shredders and created a nice pile of carrot (and zuccini) shavings. Instead, only the marvelous results are posted. Even though our kids will eat the cupcakes without any topping, they love it with cream cheese frosting and a dash of sprinkles.
