We were finally able to attend Aviation Nation again. Usually it falls on the birthday weekend celebration of one of our children. This year, with no birthday parties on the calendar we attended the event at Nellis Air Force Base in the afternoon.
In between watching the sky, we climbed in helicopters, walked aboard cargo planes, & sat in the cockpit. What a treat.
Then came the long anticipated arrival of the Thunderbirds!!!
