We attended the Hyde Park Orchestra Winter Concert.
E is in the intermediate group now.
Their medley of christmas songs was heartwarming.
I almost didn't recognize E's 'cello part' when it was played with all the other instruments. It is beautiful when the parts all come together.
Later I told my children we are all like instruments in an orchestra. Sometimes the notes we play are different from the others, we have our separate interests, talents, or hobbies. Yet in the end, together we are creating a beautiful masterpiece for everyone to enjoy.
