One of the good things about being on a year round school schedule is being able to visit amusement parks during the 'off-season'. My wonderful sister gave our family some discount passes to Legoland which expired at the end of March. She was unable to use them since her family moved from California to Texas! We couldn't let them go to waste, right?
The kids were the perfect height! We were able to ride most of the rides all together. They all rode on the classic lego ponies, received a driver's license, and were soaked on the pirate adventure. Their favorite was the Indiana Jones lego ride where they used laser guns to shoot targets (similar to Buzz ride at Disneyland). We also caught a 4D Lego show and competed in the fire truck race. The boys won! What a day!
