Yes. A rat. It belongs to the science teacher at our elementary school. We are watching her during Spring Break much to the delight of my children.
Ainsley is actually not that bad. I have to admit I was a little nervous about bringing a rat home. However, my kids have really stepped up and really taken care of her. They love feeding her. Rats eat anything and everything! My son wants a hamster, but having a rat for a week will just have to do for now.
