Finally!! We've had such bad luck with gardening. Even though Mom is not much of a gardener, we do try to plant a few things every year. We've grown a few tomatoes plants and one huge zuccini. Well, we planted these poor carrots back in October. We thought they were long gone after the cold freeze. Yet, some of them hung on. We had intended to pick only the 'big' carrot, but the younger children couldn't resist. They declared these to be the tastiest carrots, ever. They were very proud of their carrots and are already planning their garden for this year. Wish us luck.
